The ladies in the office are phenomenal. Of course I’ve had a few issues, but my every request has been answered efficiently and respectfully. I was able to get a newly renovated apartment and it’s just lovely! I’m starting out on my own again at 49 years old. All the people I’ve met so far have been very kind and pleasant. Nobody bothers me here. I can’t lie, I think I have a new best friend in my maintenance man. Everyone is just so delightful. This place has saved me. If your looking for your first cute place or if you’re starting over again for the millionth time, this is a nice option to consider.

Very nice apartments! Most of the neighbors keep to themselves but are very friendly when you see them. The apartment management team was amazing when first was looking for a spot. I wanted something close to work but close to some shopping as well. The Management team makes you feel welcomed and make sure you are happy every step of the way. Maintenance is quick and gets thing fixed within 24 hours. There are good restaurants near by as well. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking for a great place to live.

Im renting a one bedroom apartment! I love it its updated and its in a nice quiet neighborhood! I love it! They spray every so many months for bugs and if theres a problem with my apt they come over asap! And the staff is super nice! They worked really hard to help me get my apt! I give them 5 stars!

Nice and quiet place to live, Everyone keeps to themselves. If you ever have any questions or need Maintenance the people who run this place are absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend living here.

It was a great experience the staff made the process fast and easy and even worked around our budget to find the best apartment to suit our needs! They where friendly and quick to help and maintenance staff was quick to help with any repairs or maintenance needs!

I’ve lived here for a couple months and anytime I need a repair done, big or small they do so in a timely manner. And I love my neighbors!

I moved here in April of this year and have no complaints! Rent is affordable at 550 a month and your water bill is paid for. My lease is a year long, but I believe they also have a six month lease. My unit comes with a stackable washer and dryer which is SUPER nice. The water here also heats up incredibly fast which has been great too. I'm a first time renter and they have been very helpful and understanding throughout the few months I've been here. I think this is a great place to live. I'm very happy with it. :)

I am still a tenant and love these apartments and every time something went wrong they were Johnny on the spot about fixing things for me I must like it I've been here 4yrs. now...

Just moved in and I like the place, it’s well kept and it’s got new flooring, the washer dryer in unit is an amazing perk and is a new model as well. Great little place and close to lots of fun places on 6th St. and super close to lots of shopping and grocery stores with quick access to I-40. Leasing agents have been super helpful and friendly and maintenance has been great about responding to calls.
