Lions court and there staff have been so amazing! They are committed to working with you to accommodate your needs and living. I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The maintenance team is always quick to respond and does a great job keeping everything in top condition.
The apartments themselves are homey, modern, and well-maintained. Overall I highly recommend lions court apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live. It’s truly been a wonderful experience, and I’m happy to call it home.

I moved into Lions Court a couple of weeks ago, and I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff is kind, they respond fast and are incredibly understanding! Maintenance requests are fastly taken care of and the maintenance man doesnt leave a complete mess after working (that was a dig at highpoint not gonna lie). I've had no issues with pests, mold, or neighbors! The grounds are beautifully maintained and while I have seen trash outside the dumpsters, its almost immediately cleaned up within a day or so (business day). I feel safe. I feel happy. I feel at home.

My wife and I moved in earlier this month. Jessica and the office staff have been very personable and helpful regarding the circumstances of our move. They’re polite here and they hustle to get maintenance orders as well as anything else you need done in a prompt manner. It’s great here.

I have moved into Lions Court recently and can't say enough good things about it. I had set up my utilities and internet a few weeks before moving in and forgot to tell the move in date to the internet company and the equipment arrived a few days after ordering the service which was left at my door. When I called the office They offered to and immeddatly went and put it in my apartment. Also when I filled out the apartment checklist to let them know if there was anything wrong in the apartment, which there were only 1 or 2 that needed attention maintenance immediatly fixed them.
The whole staff from Kurt to the management ladies and maintenance are so friendly and wanting to make sure all your needs are met is fantastic. They are all great and friendly. I always feel welcome when i go to the office. I would strongly check out Lions Court.

I love the fact that Lion's Court is around the corner from my church! Macie and Jessica worked hard with to make it as comfortable as possible for me to move. It is over whelming and I can't believe the price of my new place. This will be my new safe haven! Macie and Jessica are awesome and I plan on being with them for a long time!

I have been here for about 6 or 7 months but i will say its been a wonderful place for my baby and i i love my apartment and the staff is very friendly, anytime I've had a maintenance problem they have been right out in timely manner, and is very quiet i love it here ,

I like living here. It's very affordable, gets approval very fast. If you need something, you can always contact them and they'll get back with you right away and help you with whatever you need. Definitely recommend this place

Great place to call home! The apartment itself is beautiful. I have ceramic tile flooring marble countertops and up to date faucet's. Feeling safe and secure was my biggest concern. After living here for awhile now I feel completely safe. The security gate works awesome! Its very quiet and everyone is so friendly, from the tenants to the staff, I couldn't be more happy. There is also play areas for the kids to go play. Maintenance is fast and competent. The office ladies are Awesome. If your looking for an apartment you should come check them out. It's a great place to live!

This apartment complex has amazing staff who genuinely care about the well being of their people who live here. The upkeep of the apartment is great when I moved in, I felt like I was moving into a brand new apartment. If you have any issues they respond right away and take care of the problem whatever it may be. It's a safe quiet apartment complex and I have had a really good experience living here

My family has been living here for almost 2 years. Apartment has been satisfactory with good condition appliances and great AC units in summer! . Exterminator comes routinely so I don't worry about pests much. Staff is always pleasant and addresses my concerns and maintenance is very responsive and fast. They work hard trying to keep the grounds clean and orderly which I really appreciate. There is play equipment for kids, great dog area, and plenty of green space to run around and play. I really like our covered parking spot and my neighbors have been so pleasant. I sleep easy in this gated complex and it's pretty quiet too! easy to get to town for shopping and activities . We enjoy living here and hope we will be here long enough to enjoy the new pool they want to install!!

I currently rent a 1 bed 1 bath and it is the perfect size for someone single. My neighbors are very friendly and I appreciate that I can never hear any noises from the floors, ceilings, or wall. I also really like that you get your own assigned parking spot under an awning. This way your vehicle will always be protected from weather. Maintenance and office staff are exceptional. They are always happy and willing to help with anything.

Great place to stay, maintenance comes and fix things in a timely manner. I have referred several people to that apartment complex and Got 100 or 200 off every time staff is always friendly

The apartments are nice and well kept. Pest control has been great about coming and spraying the apartment. Not too far from downtown, but a little out of the ways from the rest of Wichita Falls. They were very helpful when I moved to here from Indiana. A good spot to live.
